The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Boston, right across from the garden. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a modern system and a portable AC unit. The service was exceptional, as they did a great job accommodating our requests. The dining experience was delicious, with all the usual continental offerings plus warm biscuits.
